- Lead Facilities Services for a Site > 400 employees: Maintenance, Cleaning & Reception- Adapt the Site facilities to new requirements.- Ensure Real State needs are covered.- Coordinate the EHS department at Spain level: * Develop the Axalta EHS Spain Procedures based on the Global EHS Axalta Standards. * Ensure the Global Policies are executed meeting Axalta requirements and local legislation, at the 4 spanish Sites. * Guide & support the EHS Local Coordinators to meet the Annual Goals.- Lead the Safety & Emergency Groups: * Safety Group supports the EHS department: FPAs, Basic Ergonomic Assessments, etc... * Emergency Group is in charge of managing any emergency that could arise in the Site.
