Position: Scrum Coach and Project Manager Reporting to Head of DevelopmentResponsible for the introduction of Agile Scrum project management methodology into MWEB. This involved obtaining key stakeholder buy-in, changing traditional mindsets of the development teams, and middle and senior management.Ensuring Agile practices, values and Scrum principles were followed in business units. Identifying key Scrum role-players, creating teams and workspaces. I coached trainee Scrum Masters, developed Product Owners and developed Scrum teams from the ground up. MWEB project success rate was 89 % in the first year.
