My role is to assist Genco team in technology related enhancements and implementations such as:- Gathering requirements for technical projects- Assisting technology team in Business-As-Usual support.- Producing Business Requirement Document for technical projectsI am part a project team which automates the issuance of Green Energy Certificates to customers. In this project, I have gathered requirements, review testing requirements and provided key inputs during the project development phase. This resulted in the company saving manpower cost and enhanced the data analytics functions for the company to keep track of key metrics.
