Guides the Asst Managers Air side Operations and other functionaries on administrative and functional Matters7. Assesses performance of Asst Managers Air side Operations and Ramp Officers periodically.8. Generates all M.I.S data regarding Ground Services Department, Quality Audits report monthly Ground Handling Agent’s Expenses Data, Ground Handling Agent’s Payments & outstanding data, Ground Services Department Expense to be provided to General Manager Air side Operations9. Carrying out monthly Audits on Safe Ramp Handling/ Air side Safety procedures /Human Factor and Ground Handling Agent’s Contracts and S.L.A10. Carrying out training for the staff in Safe Ramp Handling/ Air side Safety procedures and Human Factor11. Manages all network administrative work related to Uniforms of Air side staff, Follow Up on renewal of agreements with Procurement and Contracts team, Ground Handling Agent’s Billing to be looked into and ensure timely payment release after confirmation from the General Manage Air side Operations.

1. Reporting to Airport Manager2. In-charge for all formalities towards departure and arrivals such as check-in, baggage identification, load control, boarding gate, ramp and boarding3. Handling of VIP/CIP passengers4. Briefing and debriefing of staff on daily basis for smooth flight handling5. Handling, investigating, if there is an Incident/Damage at the Ramp and reporting the same to Airport Manager6. Training the staff in Safe Ramp handling and Ramp Safety procedures7. Preparation of reports for any discrepancies pertaining to flights /Ramp and forwarding to head quarters
