Oversees the implementation of the Senior Pastor’s Ministry Vision, handle the operational and administrative aspects of Freedom Church. Lead strategic planning, human resources, finance, recruitment and all functional activities to ensure alignment with and accomplishment of the church’s mission and vision. Also oversee’s and help develop the church staff. In addiction , Pastor Dewayne Oversees multiple individual ministries within the church and handles all events for FCMI.
