With over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship education and coaching, I am passionate about helping leaders achieve their goals as entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial thinkers in the world. As the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Programs at Rutgers Business School, I help deliver impactful programs that foster a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation across the campus. I believe that entrepreneurship is a mindset and a skillset that can be learned and applied in any domain, and that it can empower students to create positive change in their communities and beyond. One of the programs that I founded is the Rutgers Entrepreneurial Accelerator of Leadership (REAL), a new academy that assists 80+ students on transcending soft skills to devise entrepreneurship solutions. Through REAL, I collaborate with senior leadership to actively examine and prioritize university learning and leadership needs, and I recruit, qualify, and select high performing leaders to boost their problem solving, critical thinking, and creativity skills. I also present professional development workshops on topics such as neuroplasticity, superpower manifesto networking, love languages in leadership, gaining influence, and storytelling and execution. Additionally, I co-founded the Rutgers Entrepreneurship and Innovation Living Learning Community, a dynamic platform where ambitious individuals can come together, collaborate, and unlock their full potential. Through these programs, I leverage my skills in operations management, coaching, and talent management to create a transformative and supportive environment for student leaders.
