During these two years, I was focused on research topic including characterization of TFF2 receptor and Trefoil family members functionality in GI system.During this period, I also compelted my MBA program at UMass-Lowell and awared the MBA degree in June, 2004.

During these two years at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, under the leadership of Prof. Robert Barbieri, Chairman of OB/GNY, my research mainly focused on Molecular and functional characterization of proteins involved in growth and tumorigenicity: 1) Functional characterization of DOC-2 in breast cancer specimen and cell lines; 2) Molecular characterization of the estradio in breast cancer cell growth; 3)Functional characterization of the Wilm’s Tumor Supressor (WT-1) in human breast cancer; and 4)Characterization of the Expression Profile of human breast tissues.

During my thesis research period at MGH Endocrine Unit, I was focused on research project of “Structural and functional characterization of the CRF receptor” that lead to discovery of the CRF receptor binding domain and activation elements, determined the role of conserved cysteine residues and the N-linked glycosylation. My four year research leads to 3 publications in Biochemistry.
