Undergone an internal promotion to help support the launch of a SG-based english advertisement moderation team with a HC of 200. 1. Planning stage in Dec 2021: Navigated through an extremely tight deadline of 4 weeks to launch a team of 200 HC in 2022 within a timeline of 2 Q- Undergone an intensive collaboration and coordination with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure we hit the target HC within the next 2 Q- Interviewed >200 candidates within a short span of 2+ months.2.
