I host a variation of "Red's Place", my once very popular and long-running morning program on WHTC-AM. In this version, I preside over the greatest classic rock of all time while interjecting news, information, and humor into the musical mix.

I perform end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. My responsibilities include assisting late-night guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing other customer requests. I also audit, reconcile, and balance daily financial activities.

Monitored and evaluated their calls, and scored them on call length, handle times, resolution rate, and dropped calls. Instructed new CSRs on how to resolve unemployment claims for claimants by providing relevant claim details and excellent customer service. Assisted trainees in conducting record searches and how to coordinate with other units on procedural problems involving complex cases. Performed research and analyzed the content of records to make disclosure determinations. Facilitated compliance with DHHS and UIA regulations. I hosted an exciting, informative, unpredictable, funny, entertaining, and award winning morning show from 5-9:30am Monday through Friday. It was community focused, evident by my weekly line up of guests which included three major school districts, the Mayor, and several businesses that were advertisers on my morning show. In me you have the consummate performer and super on-air salesperson who can turn what is basically an informercial into a viable "segment" or as I like to call them "conversations" that air weekly and that are supported by my loyal "listener friends". I also conducted local and national interviews with movers and shakers along with the occasional zany character, and performed flawlessly at live broadcasts and remotes..

Hosted the oldies morning show. Was responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the station vehicle, and acted as Production Director where I was responsible for all station imaging and commercial production. assigning production, and supervising a three person announcing staff.

These are the four other stations that I worked for early on in my career. At KSDS-FM, Jazz 88 I was employed as mid morning host of a jazz program. At Hot AC KOJJ-FM I was hired as Production Director/Morning Host, at Midwest Television I worked for their AM station News-Talk KFMB-AM as an overnight board operator, and at Soft Rock WLDR I was a fill jock for a two month period.

Hosted the morning show "Reds Real Country Neighborhood". The station was an affiliate of the Real Country Network and I loved this job too! I learned quite a lot about classic and at the time contemporary country music. I also learned a lot about living away from the city which is all I had known the previous 38 years!
