Process engineer in the Copper Clip Department. Main person in charge of screen printing and solderinspection process, responsible to handle and deal with any issue occurs on the printing process.Technical:-Ensures machine running is able to perform and achieve targeted KPI. -Find and troubleshoot any defects issue occurs from printing process.-Create recipe for solder printing machine and solder paste inspection machine during conversion ofnew devices.-Provide hands-on support to production lines when technician unable to solve issues or there is lack ofheadcount. -Work with vendor and maintenance team to ensure machine is in good condition and changeable partsare available. -Participate in improvement and cost saving projects (Increase printing machine batch count limit, SPIrecipe bar code scanner, extending solder paste floor life, modifying stencil aperture to reduce solder onlead defects).Documentation:-Writing 8D, MRB, QDN reports.-Updating machine and process specs, production E-log sheets, control plan, FMEA, OCAP.-Create work instructions, operation guidelines, one-point lesson for technicians and operators.-Basic usage of JMP to compile data into charts.
