As the Senior Project Manager (SPM), I am assigned to complex advanced technology clients, projects, and business development pursuits. The SPM serves as a main point of contact and representative for all project stakeholders - including Owners, OPMs, developers, architects, engineers and subcontractors. The SPM is responsible for oversight of the entire project’s life cycle including conceptualization, budget, cost, schedule, risk, resource management and safety while providing unrelenting execution and exceptional client service.

Direction of all phases of semiconductor tool installation, upgrades, and removals from initial conceptualization and budget development to final execution and customer acceptance. Leadership in a matrix team environment including union trades, internal exempt and non-exempt staff, A&E/design, and equipment suppliers/vendors. Extensive experience with tool install design and construction (Lam Research etch (4, 5, 6-chamber chassis Kiyo, Coronus, Flex, Versys) , TEL coater/developers (LITHIUS Pro-Z, Pro-V) & Test/Probers, KLA defect inspection & metrology, AMAT ion implanters (VIISta) and SEM metrology, ASML DUV (TWINSCAN NXT) & EUV lithography) as well as basebuild and PLS scopes of work (central utilities, process & spec utilities, lateral systems). Shift Leader, Emergency Response Team. Respond to onsite emergency calls - including medical, chemical/gas/liquid leaks, etc. - to mitigate impacts to the facility and personnel safety. Certified in several emergency response areas including Hazmat, toxic gas monitoring, spill response, FEMA ICS.

Front-line sustaining operations leadership of a diverse team of technicians and tradesmen responsible for maximizing system uptime in the safest, most efficient, and most environmentally responsible manner possible while minimizing impacts to manufacturing operations. Areas of specialization included process systems and central utilities operation, repair, and maintenance. Focused on ultrapure water, waste treatment, environmental controls, instrumentation, computerized facility control systems ("FMCS"), and pollution abatement systems: Exhaust fans and scrubbers, RCTO's, vacuum pump skids, boilers, chillers and cooling towers, MUA's and RTU's.Coaching, mentoring, training of junior and senior personnel.

Construction & Business Development. Led team of direct reports, matrixed project resources (local, remote, international), and vendors/subcontractors in the design, installation, programming and commissioning of building automation systems, energy management systems, fire alarm systems, security and CCTV systems. Manage the execution of guaranteed energy savings projects including large scale capital equipment replacements for municipalities in New York, Vermont, and Massachusetts. Primary markets: Universities; Semiconductor / Nanotechnology research & manufacturing.

Building automation and energy management systems: Construction & Business Development. Design, programming, and supervision of skilled project resources (technicians, engineers, tradesmen, vendors, subcontractors) in system installation and field commissioning. Primary markets: Pharmaceutical research & manufacturing; Universities; Nanotechnology research & manufacturing.

Established & grew Northeast US sales office by partnering with building automation integrators on projects of varying scope and complexity. Engineering design & programming of lighting control and laboratory ventilation/pressurization systems. Subcontractor direction and supervision. Customer training and ongoing technical support.
