As a Director of Programs for BGV, I provided strategic direction, management,and execution for the success of BGV programs, setting and initiating strategicgoals. I produced and directed flagship hybrid big-budget live crowdfunded PitchCompetitions for renowned brands, such as Facebook, Jane by Johnny Walker,and TriNet. With comprehensive oversight, I managed all aspects of production,from securing locations and managing staff to overseeing filming and postproduction.Collaborating closely with stakeholders and sponsors, I ensuredseamless execution while meeting specific requirements and upholding a highstandard of quality. By developing robust event strategies, timelines, and budgets,I effectively managed resources to achieve successful outcomes. Leading a teamof professionals, I provided clear guidance and unwavering support throughoutplanning and execution. Implementing innovative marketing and promotionalinitiatives, I maximized event visibility and drove audience engagement.Additionally, I cultivated strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, andcontractors, leveraging contract negotiation and management skills to ensurecost-effective and reliable services.
