As the Game Director of Studio Daimon, an indie gamedev team based in Italy, I have coordinated the work of 50+ freelancers from all around the world. For example, my responsibilities for the video game "Path of the Midnight Sun" included:- Managing an international team of artists for the graphical aspects of the game (300+ assets);- Managing an international team of Live2D animators (200+ models);- Managing the team responsible for music production and voice acting (2+ hours of fully orchestrated OST and 6,500 lines voiced by professionals);- Coding the whole game, as I also am the Solo Programmer of the project (12,000 hours of experience in Javascript);- Writing the whole story, as I also am the Writer of the project (300,000+ words);- Designing and implementing User Interfaces;- Managing PR and Marketing, social media accounts, and promotion of the game;- Managing the finances of Studio Daimon as its CEO and Producer.

I supported the Senior Consultants of the Sales & Marketing team in researching candidates (middle, senior and top management) that could meet the needs of our clients. In particular my duties as headhunter included:- CV resume screening through LinkedIn and Monster;- Contact potential candidates via LinkedIn (Cold calls);- Internal interviews with candidates that met our criteria;- Write official reports to present the candidates we found to our clients;- Manage the organisational CRMSoft skills mostly used for this role: proactivity, time management, critical assessment, teamwork
