• Creates and executes sales programs for appointed General Sales Agents, Wholesalers, and Corporate Accounts across international stations of the airline• Handles and manages an assigned sales area covering the Middle East and ASEAN regions, with over 15 partner accounts in-charge of over 500 sales agents• Ensures achievement of over Php 1B in revenue target assigned to the sales area, point-of-sale international• Conducts regular visits to partner accounts for periodical reviews and performance evaluation in achieving set targets• Provides updated information and analysis of trade and corporate sales performance monthly• Secures valuable competitor’s information in the area from Low Cost Carriers and Legacy Carriers; and its agents and accounts• Formulates and implements sales strategies, incentive programs, campaigns and promotions, and relationship-building activities to all partner accounts in the assigned area• Ensures partner accounts’ contracts are effectively implemented; and company policies and procedures are strictly adhered to• Establishes active participation and cooperation with organizations and associations, especially National Tourism Offices (Philippine Department of Tourism – International Offices)• Leads a team of up to four members, and ensures staff are properly guided, motivated, and developed in achieving individual targets and career growth

• Handles International Sales matters involving General Sales Agents (GSA), Wholesalers (WH), and other accounts e.g. groups, system-related queries, contracts, events/sales activities, reports, and documentation• Assists the Manager of International Sales in formulating and implementing specific sales/revenue targets and market share objectives• Expands the distribution in the assigned sales area through account acquisition, including opening of new stations• Monitors and ensures distribution agreements (contracts) with appointed agents are effectively implemented• Monitors competitive market information for inbound traffic, monthly sales production, and Passenger Load Factor (PLF) of assigned international routes• Submits regular marketing intelligence reports on competitors’ activities and promotions• Attends and conducts travel fairs, product presentations, route launches, sales calls, and system trainings

• Formulates and implements inbound Philippine marketing strategies per international destination to increase airline awareness in North Asia and the ASEAN region• Leads and coordinates international marketing events including, route launches, travel fair participations, product presentations, promotional campaigns, and courtesy calls to the diplomatic community • Oversees the overall performance of an international route and provides valuable inputs on activities and projects to the department and other relevant divisions• Activates partnerships with National Tourism Offices, Diplomatic Offices, Consulates, Embassies, Expatriate Communities, Filipino Organizations, and Corporate Entities based on approved partnership strategies• Assists the Manager for Marketing Promotions in implementing and monitoring projects

• Spearheads the marketing department in organizing and coordinating marketing events• Responsible for the implementation of marketing plans and strategies• In charge of raising and promoting brand awareness• Accountable for implementing excellent public and customer relations• Represents the company in client meetings and sales calls
