As an Asst Professor at Higher Colleges of Technology, in addition to my industry experience as former VP of St Charles Drilling, HVAC/Teamster, and defense sector experience (contractor, Raytheon and active duty military) have over 20 years of experience in applied research, business education, and quality assurance. I am passionate about advancing the knowledge and practice of taxation, data-driven marketing, project management, tourism, ICT, and applied engineering research. I have published multiple papers in Scopus-indexed journals individually and with my students and colleagues, having won several awards for academic excellence and contributions.I am also a Wharton Certified Global Faculty, an accreditation mentor for ACBSP Global Business Accreditation, and a committee member for Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs. In March 2014 in UlanBaatar, Mongolia, served as part of the executive team promoting accreditation at a special training seminar and meeting targted at the Central Asian, ACBSP Region 8-East memebrship. Leading up to my appointment/election as Secretary, have been involved with ACBSP since 2010, and attended my first meeting in Vienna, Austria and have placed papers and subsequently presented at each of the Region 8 conferences, Vienna, Dubai, Geneva, and Brussels, since joining. This year at the inaugural year of the ACBSP International Conference, held in Brussels, Belgium, I won Best Paper of the International Conference for 'Building Dynamic Capability: Modeling Business Simulation'. For Region 8, I am on the Strategic Planning Committee, and entrusted to present the updated Strategic Plan to the membership in Brussels, where I also presented on Quality Assurance Reporting at a Multi-Campus System. In service to ACBSP, International, I have represented my region on the Scholar-Practitioner Publication Committee since 2012, and now the Editorial Policy Review Board, as we prepare to launch the Transnational Journal of Business.

Responsibilities included outside sales, procurement, and managing day to day operations. Groundwater-field management experience includes-state approved, commercial, residential, and geotechnical, well drilling; pump installation, service, cathodic protection, water treatment, waste water treatment, and ground source heat-pumps. Alfred achieved national leadership recognition by the NGWA, the National Groundwater Association, with his selection to the First Future Leaders Conference, furthermore, Alfred maintained National licensing, in both drilling and pumps, including single and three phase electrical operating systems, along with state drilling, pump and waste disposal licences for Missouri and Illinois along with multiple supporting trade licenses for work in both Missouri and Illinois.
