Completed joint task force with the Accreditation Governance Board to review and revise ACBSP Standard 6. Roles of commissioner requires interpretation of quality assurance reports, self studies, and conducting commissioner review of both qualitative and quantitative data. Ultimately making informed accreditation decisions for business units seeking initial, reaffirmation or ongoing quality assurance reports for a globally recognized programmatic business accreditation.

ACBSP is an NGO consisting of high quality business schools focused on celebrating and recognizing teaching excellence. Region 8 is a large and diverse region, with a membership network spanning from Northern Europe to Africa, and from the Middle East to Mongolia. I served a year as President Elect-Designate, then a year as President Elect, before assuming Chair of the Board of Directors, and hosting the Region 8 Conference in Dubai, continuing later as immediate past chair supporting our subsequent event in Marrakech.My goal was to provide value to a diverse group of stakeholders by growing ACBSP.

Solidified position via vote at the Fall Conference in Paris, Dubai and Amaty Kazakhstan to formalize role as a permanent position. Initially role was un-official performing this role since July 2016; overcoming administrative challenges related to operating a US-headquartered global NGO serving the ACBSP business accreditation community in Europe, Middle East, Africa and a large portion of Asia.

Published annually since 2009, current 2020 theme is Developing Business Leaders for a Better Tonorrow; November 2019, Teaching in a Student Centered World; November 2018 ‘The Art of Developing Entrepreneurial Leaders’; November 2017 theme was ‘Transforming Student Success Through Recruitment, Retention and Reentry’ the November 2016 theme was 'Preparing Students for Career Success' with a Special issue topic of 'Applied Education & Research'. The 2015 theme was 'Creating New Knowledge in the Classroom'. 1) Created a dedicated WordPress site to support the Journal in 2016.2) Improved the submission and review process through automation using the EasyChair conference management system. 3) Working now to expand indexing and listing.

Founded as a limited company in early 2004 with legal restructuring in 2007, In 2010-2011, title issues resolved on largest commercial holding. In December 2012 initiated action against adversarial proceedings, updated corporate registration, and in 2014 completed a developmental land survey on two commercial properties. For 2017, resolving an encroachment, while moving forward with new development.

Taught Business Spreadsheets, and was MBA Thesis Advisor, at Webster Thailand, in 2004 and 2005. Returned to present at Webster Geneva on sustainability, and CSR in the classroom, with a special focus on Gender in November, 2012 (ACBSP Region 8), and at the November 2014 ACBSP International Conference at Webster Athens proposed a student-stakeholder business model and participated in a panel discussion as an Accreditation Expert. Taught an overseas studyr class at Webster Athens in Spring 2015.

In March 2014 in UlanBaatar, Mongolia, served as part of the executive team promoting accreditation at a special training seminar and meeting targted at the Central Asian, ACBSP Region 8-East memebrship. Leading up to my appointment/election as Secretary, have been involved with ACBSP since 2010, and attended my first meeting in Vienna, Austria and have placed papers and subsequently presented at each of the Region 8 conferences, Vienna, Dubai, Geneva, and Brussels, since joining. This year at the inaugural year of the ACBSP International Conference, held in Brussels, Belgium, I won Best Paper of the International Conference for 'Building Dynamic Capability: Modeling Business Simulation'. For Region 8, I am on the Strategic Planning Committee, and entrusted to present the updated Strategic Plan to the membership in Brussels, where I also presented on Quality Assurance Reporting at a Multi-Campus System. In service to ACBSP, International, I have represented my region on the Scholar-Practitioner Publication Committee since 2012, and now the Editorial Policy Review Board, as we prepare to launch the Transnational Journal of Business.

Professor of both International Business and International Relations. Now called Adams College. Completed major re-writing of Bachelor's of Business curriculum, and two Honorariums for developing and teaching International Business and Strategic Management courses for Global MBA.

Changed careers in 2003. First teaching job was Marketing: Channels of Distribution, then awarded Econ, and Cross-Cultural Management that first term. Became Acting, and later, Head of Department, Marketing and International Business, this was at the main campus in Hua Hin. Also performed some institutional accreditation work, liaised with external reviewers in several marketing and management subjects, and taught MBA classes at Bangkok campus.

Operated dual water treatment system potable / non-potable utilizing desalinization, rainwater catchment, and shallow lens water wells, to supply to Kwajalein, Roi Namur and satellite islands, via separate treatment systems and naval vessel. Position required a security clearance as this was the Ronald Reagan Missile Defense Program test site.

Principal at a famous groundwater resource firm from the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, honored achieving national leadership recognition. The firm dated back to 1951. Alfred first became acquainted with the firm in the 1970's, and was involved as an operating employee in the early 80's, first as a summer job, and later as management; coming about through action as a leveraged buyout partner with three other principals, after graduating with a BS in Agriculture from the University of Missouri (Mizzou). Responsibilities included outside sales, procurement, and managing day to day operations. Groundwater-field management experience includes-state approved, commercial, residential, and geotechnical, well drilling; pump installation, service, cathodic protection, water treatment, waste water treatment, and ground source heat-pumps. Alfred achieved national leadership recognition by the NGWA, the National Groundwater Association, with his selection to the First Future Leaders Conference, furthermore, Alfred maintained National licensing, in both drilling and pumps, including single and three phase electrical operating systems, along with state drilling, pump and waste disposal licences for Missouri and Illinois along with multiple supporting trade licenses for work in both Missouri and Illinois.

Defense for Fulda Gap and specifically the Süß Pocket area, Allied Forces Europe, East German Border, 3/11 ACR, Bad Hersfeld, OP Romeo, OP India, NA-14 (tactical nuclear weapons facility) mobile recon M113A1, M60A1-A3, UH1B and M151 (Jeep); was interpreter and liaison with West German unit to north flank and succeeded in Bundeswehr proficiency training on several of their NATO weapon systems, including gunner on their eight wheeled Luchs armored car.
