Enterprise Information Management ArchitectOverviewEnsuring proper information management requirements are incorporated into the communications, design and deployment of new information and knowledge management systems. Review existing content management systems to ensure compliance with proper records management and business requirements. Increase analytical and information sharing capacities and improve the security, availability, maintenance, effectiveness, and efficiency of an Enterprise Information Strategy.Responsibilities:1. Supporting strategic planning and alignment of business and the Enterprise Information Architecture and Information Management goals and objectives.2. Maintaining baseline and target architecture information in a centralized repository.3. Ensuring IT projects align with the Enterprise Information Architecture and Information Management goals and objectives.4. Defining a performance management framework for measuring success of initiatives.5. Supporting Information Life Cycle Management (ILM) processes and activities.6. Supporting investment technical review and approval.7. Identifying technical and process improvement opportunities. 8. Supporting information security management processes.9. Identifying opportunities for collaboration, reuse, data sharing and consolidation.10. Documenting enterprise service capabilities available for use across the company.11. Defining, publishing, and enforcing compliance with architectural standards.12. Ensuring alignment with relevant cross lines of business and companywide initiatives.13. Developing and instituting governance structures & processes.14. Collaborating with business and management functions across the company to develop: a. Strategiesb. Blueprintsc. Roadmaps
