Over seven (7) years working as Electro Mechanical (MEPS) consultants and in the same time as a MEPS project manager for the construction of residential subdivision, site developments and malls (SM Fupu, SM Xiamen and SM Fupu Exhibition Center). My responsible is to coordinate, presentation and secure budget approval from the Owner on purchasing of MEPS materials, tools and equipment including the plant visit and monitoring of materials delivery schedule to assure that the project still on the projected completion schedule.

Responsible for the implementation, supervision / monitoring of the project related to electrical works including deployment of manpower, supervisor, engineers, tools and equipment. Preparation construction budget, works schedule, tender packages, assist for securing of permits, coordinate with the Owners/Designer/Consultant of design development during pre-construction period. Prepare Tender Documents/Proposals, Bid Evaluation and Recommendation. Prepare cost saving analysis, i.e. works items to be Sublette, participation in canvassing of materials and equipment to determine cheaper sources for project cost saving; prepare and analyze periodical (weekly and monthly) revenue and cost outputs, current and forecast completion and defines causes of variances against budgets. To facilitate documentation of work turn-over and prepared/Reviews project closeout report.

Responsible to review and preparation of shop drawing and plans, specifications and other contract documents prior to the full implementation and executions of works; Report to project supervisor any participated problem arising in site to avoid property losses and construction delay; Responsible for the miscellaneous engineering works; i.e. preparation of shop drawing, details for electrical system; Preparation and implementation of electrical work schedule tie-up to the general builder works; Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly accomplishment report submitted to the construction manager; Attend coordination meeting; and Supervision.
