I conduct projects for multicultural organizations (like Sodexo, Gympass, Abbott, Red Hat, IBM, GE, Givaudan, J&J, Clariant, Ford, LOreal, Sony and many other big national companies). For 25 consecutive years I contributed with the ATD Talent Development Industry as a keynote speaker, board member, writer, consultant, coach and Chairman of the Advisory Committee for the Chicago International conference.
