I was born in Madrid, Spain in 1970, where I grew up in a humble family.In my teenage, I got a scholarship, in one of the most prestigious educational institutions in Spain: “Santa María de El Pilar”, where I received an education firmly entrenched in maintaining a vigorous effort at work, and acting with ethic, and moral strength, to accomplish new goals in life.At age 18, having finished my high school studies, I got qualified admission to the Polytechnic University of Madrid; at the same time I suffered the loss of my only parent. It implied a double personal challenge to overcome: the beginnings of my university studies, at the same time depending on my own personal resources.Taken up the challenge, I enrolled the University with a strong vocation for the construction sector, where I were awarded with a scholarship in the “Department of Building Materials”, becoming teaching assistant in the “Project Management Chair”. At the same time I got my “Building Engineer degree”, “Master in Project Manager”, and “Diploma in Urban Management”, among other IT courses applied to construction management.At 26, I founded "EP&CM", a company engaged to apply innovation in construction process. Meanwhile we developed and build 46 different private Real State projects, we also worked as contractors for the Spanish Administration. In 2008 we expanded our activities in ME, getting several contracts as PM, and IT integrators of new technologies in Engineering works.Nowadays, after +26 years of experience, we are managing in Middle East:- A contract for the Technical Office of the Saudi Electricity company (SEC IT dept)- Designing Three domestic Airports under BIM systems for the General Authority of Civil Aviation GACA.Europe:- Engineering Innovation at Google Campus London, to engage IT technology to engineering techniques with Laser Scanner, Augmented Reality, and also a new FINTECH company to develop Real State Valuation and Crowd-Lending platforms.
