- Lead LATAM Payments team to optimize and expand Garena’s alternative payment channel catalogue across the region so users can easily pay using their favorite payment method including cash, ewallets, bank transfer, credit/debit card, carrier billing, and digital pins.- Identify, build, and manage key relationships across the payments and telecommunication industries.- Collaborate with Product teams in order implement partnership strategies and drive the adoption of Garena’s ecosystem across LATAM.

- Deploy carrier billing integrations, develop sale strategies with major mobile operators in Central America & Caribbean and discovering new business opportunities across the region.- Manage all project activities from end to end, coordinating with different internal and external teams (Technical, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc) in order to ensure the delivery according to client requirements.- Monthly Forecasting and business performance analysis for Senior Management per account, channel and product type.- Negotiate and recover unpaid bills since 2015 from multiple accounts.

- Develop strategies for Value Added Services in Telcel, particularly related to video games and music content.- Define strategies to increase videogame content sales under subscription, pay per download and freemium models through White label and third party services. - Manage new projects from end to end: project definition, approving user experience flows, validate integration with Telcel’s billing platforms, end to end testing, product release and commercial activities.- Evolve current services by executing new business models and improving user experience in order to increase customer satisfaction and achieve company objectives.- Maintain business relationships with content providers and together define promotions, content management, and KPIs.

- Sales analysis by Segment, Client, Product and Licensing Type versus Forecast/Budget.- Participation in month-end close processes, executing the complete sales analysis of Mexico’s EPGs Segment for Microsoft LATAM.- P&L interpretation versus Forecast.- Handle Channel Incentives Budget designed for making investments in order to achieve deals with strategic clients.- Define Channel Incentives Budget for FY13 and FY14 following procedures required by Microsoft Corporation.
