Process Engineer Periferico Plant in charge of several technologies like Paste Printing, reflow depaneling, Conformal Coating and Kuka robot, (also performed plastic welding process through ultrasonic and vibration) FPY, Yield improvement and zero kilometer reduction fails,process improvement, starting with the SMD production lines at periferico plant from the beginning at all stages: introduction, setup and qualification ending at that time with 11 smd lines on the production line ensuring reliability and smooth production spc, set up and maintenance of the process with no complains, working closely with R&D department to run testings and improving design, customer support of visits and audits to the process as well the following of open items with customer and R&D support, specialist on the technologies in charge, training and coachig new engineers to ensure the know how is transmitted to the organization.

Coordinating maintenance team for diffusion wafer fab, addressing improvements in equipment trough statistical analysis of fails and daily monitoring of equipments, upgrading design of existing electronics of the production equipments and interfaces with state of the art electronics to improve performance and reduce fails being applied successfully to diffusion furnaces on wafer fab area. As part of the company convertion l spent 3 months in Asia for the transfer alphaset diffusion wafer fab equipments to Lite On, including installation, qualification and training of engineers and techinicians on site.Prior equipment engineer position I spent 6 months focused on R&D equipment department on design of the digital interface between the plc of a marking machine of discrete components and one high speed camera in order to enable the rejection of the units with errors on the printed information over the silicon body, getting a good identification and avoiding units with defects pass trough the quality inspect. Was tested and evaluated to have a wireless connection but it wasn't implemented.
