I supervise the Advocacy Department of Legal & Compliance at Carrington Mortgage Holdings, LLC ("CMH"). This investment management company owns and operates multiple businesses that cover virtually every aspect of single-family residential real estate transactions. Our team investigates and resolves regulatory and compliance complaints, grievances, and issues arising from the servicing or origination of mortgages. Further, we collaborate with regulatory, enforcement, and consumer protection agencies and state and federal officials who may be assisting a consumer with an investigation.
