Master in Information Technology Security, currently I am an application support engineer with more than 3 years of experience, in this role I am in charge of providing support to the problems that arise in operational applications, I am enthusiastic about the development of new systems to optimize activities in order to provide more productive processes and better results.My goal is to grow within the I.T. area having a focus on the development of new systems to improve the processes that already exist today and offer better results, likewise I would like to develop new technologies to solve problems and meet the objectives of the company.The two main achievements in my professional experience are to provide my support in the migration of systems during a merger of companies and thus minimize the impact that these processes can cause in the activities of the company. The second one was to provide support to the end user both at hardware and software level in an effective way and minimizing response and resolution times.I am passionate about the world of technology because it allows us to design new services or products which in turn allow us to achieve new goals and objectives that a few years ago we did not think we could have.
