As Finance Lead, I am responsible for the financial management of different Business Units. Accenture Products & Platforms is a dedicated organization developing differentiated software-based solutions, a portfolio of businesses each with specific industry or functional products. I am currently advising 11 Business Units from different Countries (based in US and Europe). As Finance Lead, I am responsible for controlling the business performance of the BUs, P&L management, Non Contract Cost and Financial Planning of the BUs. The main tasks or responsabilites are:- Responsible for the forecasting process of the whole P&L of the BUs (Sales, Rev, CCI and NCCs). - Analysis of deviations between actuals and forecast proposing actions to be taken based on the results of the analysis.- To assist the leadership of the BU in all the financial matters needed to run the business. - To interact with the different Finance teams in order to ensure the right booking of sales or revenues, as well as, to act as liason between the delivery teams and commercial teams with certain contracts or clients that deserve special attention such as, complex sales, EAC changes, etc. - To report the financial status to the BUs leadership and Global Finance Leadership. - To work very closely with the Leadership Team assisting them in financial matters, as well as ensuring that the finance plan and critical KPIs are on track.

Senior Manager – Internal Controls (SOX) and AnticorruptionReporting directly to the Global Program Director and Global Program Lead, both based in the US, I am responsible for the whole team supporting the Internal Controls Program globablly. The team is located both in Argentina and China. The team under my leadership is divided into three branches: Testing Team, Central Team and Anticorruption Team. - Responsible for all testing processes, managing priorities and resources, reviewing ineffectives and working close to the Program Lead in order to suggest improvements that help the different Organizations to be compliance. - Lead Point of Contact for financial matters within the Internal Controls Team- I have lead and collaborate in different walkthroughs, especially those related with Financial Areas. - Anticorruption Team: I am in charge of the relationship with the Legal Team., who is the owner of the Anticorruption Global Program. - Responsible for the Design Effectiveness process of the Anticorruption controls. - Responsible for performance management process of the whole team (Argentina and China)

Senior Manager – Planning & Budget Control (04/2007 – 03/2014)Senior Manager Lead of the teams based on Argentina supporting contracts signed in Spain, Italy, South Africa and Portugal. The main responsibility is provide financial advice and monitor the performance of each contract ensuring that we are US GAAP compliance (Total headcount 80 people). Responsibilities:- Responsible for reporting and financial control over consulting and outsourcing contracts. - Ensure the correct revenues recognition and billing process of each contract (over 500 contracts – USD 250 M/year in revenues). - Analyze the deviations between actual and forecast of “high risk” contracts. - Guarantee compliance with US GAAP and the process under SOX requirements. - Responsible for the development of relationships with main stakeholders of different global teams (Client Teams, Finance Leads, Operations Leads)- As Senior Manager, I am in charge of the development and motivation of the team, in order to obtain a high engagement, assess and solve staffing, training & team issues. - Responsible for local and global initiatives related to people retention, team engagement, scope of services and off shoring models.- Faculty for different courses for Managers and Supervisors of the Service Center. Achievements:- Led the Growth & Development of the off shore teams for Spain, Italy & South Africa (2007, 2010 and 2011). The complexity of this operation is based on the broad scopes of services provided including the full range: shared teams, Lite Team and Core Support Team.- I have created a strong and reliable relationship with the main stakeholders of the different countries supported. - During 2010 and 2011 the teams under my leadership led the engagement scores ranking in Buenos Aires (a total 2000 Professionals)..

I was responsible for the financial planning, Treasury Department, foreign trade payments & collections. Responsibilities and achievements:- Preparation of cash-flow for the short and long terms, Argentina and Mercosur. (Southern-Cone market).- Relationship with Banks and financial organizations (national and international ones).- Management of the daily position of the company.- Decision-making in terms of investments and funds taking, as well as the coverage of the exchange rate exposure (hedge).- Development and implementation of financial procedures.- Reporting of the Mercosur Finance Group.- Responsible for the local AR that includes: receipt emission, checks administration as well as time and cost optimizations.- Responsible for all local payments, checks emission and excess funds allocation related to the financial needs and the business.- Assigned projects: Payment system to suppliers through Bank (implemented), Automatic Credit System (in progress), and implementation of letter of credit for foreign collections (implemented).
