Lead the implementation and delivery of Supplies CI projects for Diomed marketed products.• Focus on CI supplies projects to improve the efficiency and/or effectiveness of the work that is performed by P&S. • Contribute to the definition and development of Diomed’s approach to CI.• Drive and support the development of a CI culture across all Diomed sites and third-party suppliers.• Work with supplier innovation teams and subject matter experts to define and implement improvements to support modern technologies and processes.• Engage with senior management teams across the business to build awareness of the potential for CI.• Plan and develop a rolling portfolio of departmental improvement projects that will deliver benefits to the business. • Ensure that the appropriate communications are in place to update the project teams and senior stakeholders on progress against the project plans.• Apply the CI operating model and process across the CI projects• Engage with stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure that projects are delivered to plan in terms of time and benefit. • Work with FG manufacturers to optimise uniformity and suitability of packaging components• Monitor improvements after execution and report (regular updates as required) on efficacy and results achieved.• Have regard to the circular economy and work towards reducing the environmental impact of the business, in partnership with suppliers.• Identify/establish alternative suppliers for key packaging components• Maintain Supplier Performance statistics • Manage NPI packaging projects within P&S • Work in conjunction with P&S and Company-wide Six Sigma team• Provide CI support in auditing packaging suppliers when required • Contribute to supplier management based on CI methodology • Support Kempston QA on packaging quality issues and provide P&S representation on commercial and CI aspects within this area• Assist in other areas, as required
