I run my own income tax business in which I prepare taxes, including forms 1040, 1120, 1066, 1065, and 1065B. In addition, I maintain account books, payables, and receivables on a monthly basis for contract clients. I am involved in creating and processing bi-monthly payrolls, as well as creating and processing W-2 forms annually for contract clients. I have run this business successfully for seven years with my extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce.

In this position, I informed current and potential clients about the company’s’ prenatal screening tests, which would allow the clients to know about any type of genetic disorders the unborn child might carry. I assisted clients with the process by reviewing their insurance coverage and qualifying patients for assistance programs, as well as following up on services performed. While working with this company, I met and exceeded my sales goals by increasing the clientele database by approximately 20 new leads a month. I also provided customer support to clients and followed up on product inquiries, payments, shipping updates and current promotions.
