Main achievements as Software Engineer:• "Strike Zone": first Cuban software for collection and analysis of pitch by pitch data, implemented by the Cuban Baseball Federation.• "Balls in Play Analyzer": software that shows the spray chart for each batter in Cuban National Series that helps to identify batter's trend and use defensive shifts.• "Scouting System" Software: to analyse advanced stats of the international opponents of the Cuban national baseball team.• "Strike Zone Umpire": software to evaluate the home plate umpire´s perfomance in the Cuban National Series.As Researcher:• Contribution to the development of sabermetrics in Cuba.• Consultation for the Cuban Baseball Federation.• Participation in national and international scientific events.• Promotion of biomechanical studies on the batter's swing, base running, catcher´s defense and pitching mechanics.
