I have worked in the IT field my whole career. At the beginning of my career I held sales & customer service positions which allowed me to understand better customer's needs and how to exceed their expectations. The time spent in these sales & service positions allowed me to have a complete and detailed understanding of the day-to-day challenges of IT and Comunications departments.Today I focus my efforts on identifying new clients that could benefit from Lenovo´s wide array of Products and Services. My combination of technical and business skills allow me to fully understand the needs and requirements of a client and present a proper and cost-effective solution.I have responsibility for the Commercial activities at Lenovo for Mexico's North Zone.
