In my role at the National Exchange Office, a significant portion of my responsibilities is dedicated to executing and effectively communicating the nuances of our operational implementation. These operations, often intricate and multifaceted, involve duties as the Federal Government's delegate in foreign exchange matters. Monitoring and analyzing local and emerging foreign financial markets also form a considerable part of my job. The aim is not just to observe but to interpret trends, identify opportunities, and foresee potential risks. This proactive monitoring helps in formulating strategic responses and proactive policies. A key aspect of my work lies in fulfilling an array of tasks specific to our office, each directed towards maintaining the healthy growth of the national financial system. Ensuring the stability of the national currency's purchasing power is also within my purview. It's through rigorous financial analysis, strategic planning, and policy-making that I contribute to the robustness and resilience of our nation's financial structure.

I was part of the punctual and precise execution of macroeconomic scenario analysis exercises, climate stress tests and credit risk, and sensitivity analysis for the credit portfolio from a corporate management perspective. I effectively integrated these analyses and stress tests into management, assisting in the decision-making of senior management and portfolio managers through risk factor analysis. I also played a crucial role in supporting internal and external audit requirements, as well as supervisor inspections. In my endeavor to ensure consistency and transparency, I developed homogeneous, complete, and consistent documentation for all processes and analysis exercises. In this regard, I put particular emphasis on ensuring the traceability and quality of information in the corporate stress tool "Scenario Analyzer". Finally, I contributed to the Model Owner functions, evaluating and monitoring the stress models developed by the Methodologies area.
