Consolidated experience in logistic for customer support, production and Quality Management.I'm currently the Quality Director for the country Italy in Alstom, Black Belt certified.I believe that the key to achieve any target is the correct management of resources assigned, taking care day by day about them, helping, coaching and motivating them to give their 100%.In other words: all what I can do alone is nothing compared on what I can achieve in synergy with the team I lead!
