The Iberoamericana University Tijuana's Postgraduate School initiated its Master in Law Degree classes this January of 2014. I started by teaching the course of International Venue and Jurisdiction dealing principally with the law and practice of International Judicial Cooperation and International Conflicts of Jurisdiction.

I promote several Mexican legal topics around the world and write and present papers on such topics. I network with colleagues around the world.

I manage and coordinate sophisticated cases, such as US- Mexico border industry laverage buy-outs, project finance, removal of pirated products (marks and copyrights infringment and countervailing) from the markets, International Arbitration cases, land acquisition and land development disputes in Mexico, NAFTA, International Issues of Venue and Jurisdiction and Tax and Administrative Proceedings in Mexico.

I teach and research topics related to Private International Law, International Venue and Jurisdiction and International Contracts. I write and publish articles on such topics. I network with colleagues with similar or alike academic background.

I was in charge of developing the Mexican legal Practice of the law firm and also assisting with the development and consolidation of the international practice. I wrote many law articles, gave speaches and assisted binational oriented organization regarding Mexico, Mexican and International Laws, and, repersented many companies and individuals seting up representative offices and/or manufacturing facilities in Mexico and at the border; assisted financial institutions and banks with their binational loan documentation in border industry secured transactions, assisted foreing investors in Mexico obtain protection of their investments, and actively participated in professional organizations assisting in the understanding and the promoting of trinational businesses among Mexico, Canada and USA.

Litigated a large beach front property in Mexico in favor of foreign investors defrauded of their investments; work on International Tax planing for Mexican nationals; work on Binational Radio Stations legal issues accross the border; work on Border In-Bond Industry legal advise.

Coordinated the Monthly meetings and the publishing of the Foreign Investments Resolutions issued the National Comission on Foreign Investments in Mexico; negotiated the entry or expansion terms with the foreign investors in Mexico; promoted the transfer of technology with foreign investors in Mexico; promoted in Mexico and abroad the legal regime in Mexico on Foreign Investments at the time; Advised the General Director and the Undersecretary of Foreign Investments on several matters and issues confronting their duties and offices.
