Coordination of Mechanical Completion for the following duties:• Communicate priority systems to drive MC with the construction team.• Provide interface with QA inspectors and discipline leads (pipe, mechanical, structural, E&I, etc.) to ensure that "A" Check-sheets are accurately completed and are submitted in a timely manner to SC database administrator to meet handover dates and expedite the delivery when required.• Monitor maintenance of the systems completions database to ensure that it’s up to date and includes current/correct data from engineering and that tags are correctly tied/linked to each system. • Final review on every system and subsystem package prior to issue to ISCT group.• Obtain approval of exceptions prior to issue the books for the corresponding walk down.• Attend walk down kickoff and punch list meetings.• Arrange and chairs MC turnover meetings and negotiate punch list categories.• Ensure that Contractor construction disciplines are working to complete punch-list items in a timely/orderly fashion to meet scheduled handover dates.Successful completion of 200 mechanical systems and subsystems within the original construction plan.

Construction Supervisor for the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of equipment and infrastructures that included:*Installation of 3 gas compressors with 5 mcfpd of capacity, 1 TEG dehydrator, 1 air compressor, fabrication and installation of a new pipe system and layout arrangement and other facilities for new a gas compression Plant to minimize the gas emission and reach the environmental regulations.*Installation of the new rectificators, anode bed, and measure points, to improve the cathodic protection system of the diluent and DCO pipelines.*Construction and installation of a new system to flare the excessive production of gas from well pads, including a KO Drum separator, pipes arrangement, and flare installation. *Construction of a new System to pump Diluent including fabrication and installation of pipe system from Ø 20" to Ø 3/4", valves and equipments installation, in welding service and Hot Tap of Ø 20" and Ø 10" nozzles on a tank, in welding service and Hot Tap of the 20" X 16" split tee on a Ø 20"​ Naphtha line, installation,​ and start-up​​ of the 2 new pumps of 600 HP, and all the civil, electrical and instrumentation installation needed to operate the system. *Coordination and Supervision of all the activities for the fabrication and installation, of the Inlet and Outlet System (Ø 8"​ and 4"​) for the Air Fan Coolers system, including spools, pipe welding, spools/valves​ installation and hydrostatic testing for a Turnaround. *Construction of an extension line of Ø 8" for the Drain System of the in-service​ Tank.Implementation of projects within the goals and budgets established in the original construction plans. Successful management of safety indicators required by the companies avoiding lost time by injuries or incidents.

Construction Supervisor for the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of equipment and infrastructures that included:*Construction of a new pipeline for intermediate fuel oil (IFO) between berths and the exchange of a static mixer by dynamics to improve the flow rate loading to the ships. Including hot tapping, cuts, and connection of the new Ø 20” pipe spools with the existing system.*Construction of water treatment plant for effluents including foundations, heavy equipment installation, field-testing, start-up, and plant stabilization. *Construction and erection of a new Jet A-1 Storage Tank of 5,000 barrels of capacity and adequate the firewater system of the plant to the international norms.

Project Leader Engineer for the detail engineering in multiples projects for the following tasks:*Exchange the specification of 5 atmospheric tanks for hot and cool asphalt, substitute the electrical tracing system and replace 2 Kilometers of thermal insulation for a pipe system of Ø 16”.*Adequate the firewater system of the plant to the new requirements, specifically to protect the LPG tanks area, create the specification and purchase order for the mains firewater vertical pumps.*Review the design of two storage tanks (6,000 liters), the pipeline and pump system, to collect the SLOP of a platform to prevent environmental pollution. *Create the specification, purchase order and make the technical analysis selection to incorporate internal floating roof in atmospheric tanks, with the proposal to change the tank specification.

Field Leader Engineer for the construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of equipment and infrastructures that included:*Installation & testing of more than 60 kilometers of piping from Ø 60" to Ø 10".*Construction of several manifolds including the installation of more than 600 motorized gate valves from Ø48"​ to Ø20".*Construction of a new loading pump station for 8 (10,000 BPH) and 5 (5,000 BPH) vertical centrifugal pump.*Construction and erection of a tank farm including atmospheric and floating roof tanks of a 250,000 and 500,000 barrels of capacity.*Completion of the firewater system for the tank farm, manifolds, and pump station.*Inspection of ​all the hydro tests and flushing of the pipe system and the storage tank farm. *Construction of water treatment plant for effluents including foundations, heavy equipments installation, buildings, field-testing, start-up​, and plant stabilization.
