I am a hard worker, full of grit, passionate about learning, and committed to inspiring and supporting others to achieve their dreams. In addition, I have European roots but was born and raised in Latin America. Since then, I've lived in multiple places and served in numerous roles, including CEO, Entrepreneur, consultant, and change maker, giving him an extensive network across different industries and countries.Since 2019, I have been the founder and CEO of Integra Groupe; an investment firm focused on connecting founders and investors on a mission to profitably build a better tomorrow by improving millions of lives in the region. I also co-founded Reaction, a global Venture Capital Firm that is creating exponential change through innovations. Before founding Integra, I served in multiple leadership roles at Cartera de Inversiones, a holding conglomerate with investments in 6 countries in Latin America. My last corporate position was as Executive Director, responsible for the investment strategy, new ventures, and overseeing 20 portfolio companies with over 5 million clients and 8,000 employees. Previously, I worked at Permal, a multi-billion asset manager based in NY. In summary, I was one of the youngest Bank CEOs in Latam, co-founded and scaled over ten companies in 4 different countries in the region, co-led successful financial transactions for over US$ 500M, and worked in multiple countries of Latin America.In 2005 I graduated with honors from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB) in Caracas, Venezuela, with a Law Degree. In 2007 I became a Vanderbilt and Vogelstein Scholar from New York University (NYU), where I obtained my Master's Degree in Corporate Law and Business. And in 2018, I completed the Executive Program (SEP) at Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). I belong to the Global Shaper Network by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and have a sit on the Board of Tracing Public Spaces; an NGO focused on empowering kids to transform public spaces.
