Alfredo Sanchez was born and raised in South Florida. Mr. Sanchez specializes in retail & office tenant and landlord representation, asset disposition/acquisitions and underwriting, site selection, and advisory. Coupled with his market knowledge of South Florida and passion for customer service, Mr. Sanchez brings a skillful and professional approach to ensure his client’s goals are met. Alfredo has successfully transacted millions in leases and sales and has been consistently named one of the top emerging leaders in transaction volume within Avison Young. Alfredo graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine with a dual major in Economics and Business Administration. In addition, he holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami FL.Mr. Sanchez is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. He is fluent in Spanish
