Clubhouse Assistant
Current• Coordinate equipment logistics for all MLB and Peoria Sports Complex operations• Act as a liaison with Traveling Secretary to assist players with securing government documents (D.L, Visas)• Assist Travel Security Representative with ingress/egress movement of players, front office and media staff• Assist Travel Security Representative with travel logistics of team equipment, luggage and other property• Fulfill gameday responsibilities including homestand prep, individual player travel logistics, etc. • Manage uniform and materials inventory for both Petco Park clubhouses and the Peoria Sports Complex• Perform limited lead-time player travel accommodations (ex: designations, transactions, etc.) • Represent clubhouse operations as interim Triple-A Equipment Manager in El Paso, TX• Train new clubhouse team members on newly updated protocols (ex: MLB COVID protocols, etc.)• Assist as a Spanish translator for public relations, entertainment, players and coaching staff• Oversee all clubhouse operations for MLB Mexico City and Monterrey Series• Execute all MLB authenticator needs for Padres internal departments, players, and coaches
