About Alfredo Sánchez Iii

Throughout my career in tech and as an advisor and investor in startups, I have always been passionate about discovering new ways to help people and companies find solutions to their business challenges, in turn, helping the world evolve. Over the past two decades I have been fortunate enough to have worked with highly talented professionals in both New York City and back home in New Orleans. I spent the first decade plus of my career gaining tremendous experience at large, transformational companies like Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg L.P., and LinkedIn, and eventually went on to become a founding executive of a startup called Litify, a legal practice management system which we took from $0 to $50M+ in ARR and a majority stake acquisition by Bessemer Venture Partners. In 2024 I was presented with an opportunity to help launch a company with a childhood friend as the Founding Chief Sales Officer. Our goal is simple, to help contractors win more work, for the right price, with the least amount of hassle. Estimating software tracks project costs, but the process of picking margin, tracking internal and competitive backlog, analyzing historical trends, and scraping data (public and private) is extremely manual and inefficient today. Contractors live in spreadsheets which is time consuming and lacks standardization. Edgevanta is helping highway contractors save both significant time and dollars. Outside of Edgevanta and advising/investing in projects/companies that I believe in, I love traveling, sports (big Saints fan), and spending time with my wife, 3 daughters (girl dad!), family and friends. I am also passionate about civic efforts and philanthropy that help change people's lives for the better.
