This experience allowed me to open my own firm, Consultoría Aplicada (Applied Consulting), operating mainly in Central America with the goal of providing tailored management solutions for each of our clients. Thanks to alliances with Global School Consulting Group, Crossroads Development Group and McNellis & Associates, I have been able to operate globally in recent years, serving clients in Latin America, the United States, Europe and Africa. PROFESSIONAL TRAINING: I studied my Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the INCAE campus in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Specializing in Emotional Intelligence and Leadership at Trinity University in Chicago, United States. My certifications in Compression Planning (McNellis), in Executive Coaching (Integrity + Consulting) and Lego Serious Play (Master Trainers) have been key to the development of a successful practice.
