Volunteered to assist Dr. Deneb Karentz, PhD with oceanography research. Collected data and specimens from the field and performed data analysis of phytoplankton and zooplankton from San Francisco Bay. Started a year-round program to identify, quantify and monitor changes in Bay Area plankton species.
