Joining the National Judicial College team, I now develop training for judges on water, the environment and judicial independence. Drawing on decades of experience in regional (Metropolitan Water District of So. Cal.), state (CA State Assembly) and federal (Department of the Interior) governments, I build judicial understanding of some of the most critical environmental and governance issues. NJC's first strategic priority is promoting the independence and impartiality of the judiciary. That's why I joined NJC in 2023.Specialties: western water resources.
