• Administer SSUSA tower portfolio application and billing process: research inbound collocation inquiries and application submission troubleshooting, distribute inbound collocation applications, monitor application progress and provide requested information/direction, abstract executed leases/amendments and implement into billing application• Manage SSUSA vendor purchase order process from end-to-end: obtain Sprint authorization for purchase order, work with vendors and internal Sprint departments to ensure proper vendor contract and payables setup, confirm vendor service performed is valid and payable prior to payment, and bill back to tenants as reimbursement of vendor services • Work closely with internal Sprint departments and external customers to acquire and disseminate necessary information and documentation during asset transfer/removal• Collaborate with IT on application performance and enhancements• Acquire/remove equipment and access for group’s employees and contractors during onboarding and offboarding• Administer recurring billing for over 150 SSUSA tenants and 5,150 Clearwire co-planes, totaling $5M per month• Process terminations and billing-related amendments and reconcile accordingly• Create monthly and quarterly reports relating to SSUSA tower portfolio billing• Coordinate teambuilders and birthday/service anniversary celebrations • Serve as primary backup for Analyst, performing highly time-sensitive responsibilities, during absences
