Algadri founded Bigarmour, an outdoor and sporting goods company, in 2020. With a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from ITB, Algadri has a strong background in geology and a passion for business development. As the CEO of Bigarmour, Algadri established the brand foundation, developed marketing materials and campaigns, and successfully launched the "Layering System" product for Indonesian hikers, generating IDR 4 billion in annual revenue. Algadri also drove performance initiatives, facilitating over 100% revenue increase every year since 2020, and collaborated with 13 outdoors stores in 11 cities around Indonesia as distributors. In 2022, Algadri also founded a coffee shop business, he studying the market, identifying challenges and opportunities, and supervising and motivating 5 staff members. Algadri has excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as online and social media marketing skills.
