Project Handled: Kasara Urban Resort Residences Tower 3 and 5 in Pasig CityScope of works: Structured Cabling of Fire detection and alarm system, CCTV system, and Telephone and CATV outlets• Started as Quality Control Engineer for 18 months, then endorsed and became the Project in-Charge• Led and standardized daily activities and target accomplishments;• Redesigned and proposed project plans and design drawings;• Presented sets of standards, detailed methodologies, and test processes, and report results and practices to the client to ensure project quality;• Conducted inspections, recorded findings, and informed the implementation team for any punchlist and rectification works;• Prepared and reconciled project billings and project reports; and• Collaborated with other vendors for proper sequence of works and to secure effective cross-functional team environment.

Project Handled: PLDT and Converge ICT Projects• Received and verified purchase order requests by comparing items requested to the master list, clarified unclear items and formulated alternative solutions;• Created purchase orders by verifying specifications and price of the requested items, suggested recommendations to sub-contractors for substitute items, and seek approval from the requisitioning department; and• Coordinated with the project team, sub-contractors, and other internal domains to fully perform the tasks at hand.
