- Manage a fully functioning multi-sourced service support team with a customer-centric support approach across multiple locations, focused on service availability and performance.- Ensure that all service and support functions remain responsive to employees / customers Needs.- Ensure that the service catalogue and wider IT service operations knowledge library are Maintained.- Ensure all endpoints are patched with the latest updates and patches through the patching system.- Ensure that all technical change is communicated and managed, with appropriate Governance.- Ensure that a program of continual service improvement is put in place across the wider service delivery function.- Responsible for the change management process across the IT department.- Responsible for maintaining and reviewing policies and procedures in the IT department and responsible for IT Risks.- Member of IT and Cyber Security steering committees.- Heading the task force responsible for establishing the data management office “DMO".

- Covering for the Cyber Security Manager Role.- Direct, coordinate, plan, and organize cybersecurity activities ranging from cybersecurity strategy development to day-to-day operations.- Oversee the proper implementation of the established technological mechanisms and standards regarding information systems security.- Assign cybersecurity responsibilities and duties to the subordinates and end-users through the RACI matrix.- Provide periodic updates of the company's security posture and report the indicators of cybersecurity risk and performance to the executive management.- Manage cybersecurity risk activities by conducting risk assessment and treatment whenever a new process or/and change are introduced to the company.- Ensure the adoption of cybersecurity threat intelligence and vulnerability assessment tools for all critical IT systems and ensure their resilience during a disaster.- Ensure security training is adequately provided to the company's users and conduct security awareness programs regularly.- Uphold the company comply with the cybersecurity legal and regulatory requirements, including SAMA Cyber Security Framework (Maturity Assessment) and National Cybersecurity Authority controls (ECC).- Manage outsourcing contracts with external parties retained by the company that provides security services or cybersecurity systems/applications.- Review audit and examination reports relevant to cybersecurity issues and communicate them tothe Audit Committee.

- Managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure in the cluster and all the hospitals and primary health centers "PHC" belonging to the cluster.- Responsible for maintaining the connectivity between cluster facilities (11 Hospitals & 74 PHCs). - Responsible for IT Security operations across the clusters and their facilities to ensure the security measures and controls are implemented.- Develop the cybersecurity program, which includes policies and procedures the minimum acceptable security requirements (standards, guidelines) that apply to the company's information systems to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.- Vulnerabilities management and maintaining security solutions.- Member of the Digital Transformation Committee in the cluster.- Establishing and managing Cyber Security Unit in the cluster.
