Systems Integration Engineer
Current· Maintain, build and test custom electronics subsystems and applications including, sensing, control, and power distribution;· Provide engineering expertise for existing electronics systems integration into new product design;· Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solutiondevelopment, and proposed solutions;· Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams,charts, drawings, circuits;· Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures;· Provide engineering expertise and guidance for equipment modifications, repairs or upgrades;· Maintain electronics subsystems by studying information needs; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the electronics development lifecycle;· Work with cross-functional engineering and non-engineering teams including mechanical, controls, software, quality and program management;· Collaborate with developer team on the design analysis, simulation, field tests, certification/compliance tests for components and systems;· Provide expertise in electronics and software areas for Marketing, Sales and Customer support teams,consulting for electronic subsystem, troubleshooting, issues and inquiries registering in issues trackingsystem;· Effectively work on challenging fast paced projects in both independent and team environments.
