For over eight years, crisis management and business continuity have been my professional bedrock. I then transitioned into a role focused on developing collaborative solutions, recognizing that effective communication is often the linchpin in crisis response.Now, working for a PaaS/SaaS company, I'm empowered to craft tools that enable practitioners to establish a unified operational understanding, communicate seamlessly both internally and with the public, and effectively manage crises.
