Primarily responsible for all communications for CLAS and each of its eleven affiliate associations. Serve as managing editor, graphic designer, and layout specialist for all print and electronic communications. Schedule and manage all e-mail, social media, and print marketing for upcoming events and other association communications. Assist various organizations with technology needs and communications. Provided communications services for a candidate for the Retirement Systems of Alabama Board of Directors. Processed 13,000 membership applications during the year. Made deposits and handled the membership billing. Provided district meeting notifications by mail for each county in the state. Researched and led the implementation process of a new membership database. Proofread the association's magazine and other publications. Answered phones and provided administrative assistance when needed. Sold rodeo tickets and merchandise from the association's MOOseum. Assisted with mailouts, political campaigns, and advertising campaigns for the organization and its affiliates. Handled registration at its annual convention and trade show.

Provided customer service and bank teller services to customers. Was selected to assist in marketing new branch promotions. Consistently added bank products to existing customers' accounts.
