What started as a six-month consulting engagement extended into a seven-year relationship with a high-tech start-up that provides continuous transactions monitoring of financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft. I was responsible for the development of all sales and technical content well as customer and employee training.

Provided contract instructional design, training development/delivery and technical content development to the following clients: Oversight Systems Curriculum Development and Technical Documentation June 2009 – December 2009, Atlanta Engaged to develop a training curriculum and expand the technical documentation suite. After the contract completion, I accepted a full-time position as training and documentation manager. Cox Enterprises Instructional Designer - Oracle ERP January 2009 – June 2009, Atlanta I was responsible for the design and development of web-based training for an Oracle 12 financial implementation. Development tools used: Articulate and Captivate. VP of Finance quote "The best web-based training that I have seen." The Home Depot Instructional Designer – Technical Writer - Change Management Lead - SAP ERP October 2006 – January 2009, Atlanta I was responsible for ILT and WBT course design, development, business process documentation, simulation development, and user readiness planning/implementation for an SAP retail implementation involving 28,000 employees at Home Depot stores in Canada. eLearning modules developed in Lectora. On a separate project with Home Depot Supply I was responsible for the development and delivery of training courses and technical documentation for a variety of SAP modules (MM, PS, REM, SD, WM, SM) covering project scheduling, installation management, purchasing, warehouse management, inventory management, sales, bids and estimates, design center, and order processing. MARTA/IBM Instructional Designer – Technical Writer - Oracle ERP February 2006 – October 2006, Atlanta I was responsible for the development and delivery of training courses for Order Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets modules. Produced 934 pages of technical and instructional content as well as the documentation of 22 re-engineered business processes

I managed the curriculum development, instructional design and implementation of instructor-led and e-learning programs for the Customer Service organization for 50+ of Cisco's Internet commerce applications and Oracle ERP modules including order management, accounts receivable, and service contracts. Supervised a team of instructional designers and trainers.

I was responsible for the development and implementation of online learning programs for systems engineers for the IOS Technologies Division.

Instructional Designer and manager of synchronous and blended distance learning programs for Account Managers and Systems Engineers for Siemens voice products and services as well as for Cisco data communications products and services.
