As Director of Learning Design, I drove the strategic direction of the Learning Design team by balancing the needs of course-level design, the application of research-based best practice in online learning, and internal business drivers. I share a passion for transforming the delivery of education, and am comfortable both in the academic world and in a dynamic fast-growing organisation. In addition, I oversaw Learning Design Managers and other senior contributors on the team. As Course Strategy Manager, I managed a team of Course Strategists and Media Strategists, collaborating on the curriculum design and development of online short courses in partnership with prestigious university partners. This includes the quality assurance of learning material across a broad spectrum of topics, which subsumes designing, writing, editing, and revising learning material. Additionally, I liaised with faculty members, subject matter experts, and university administrators and internal stakeholders, including video producers and graphic designers, around various aspects of course design and development.Since joining the learning design team, I have had the privilege of collaborating closely on short courses and online programmes with the London School of Economics and Political Science, the MIT Sloan School of Management, the MIT Schwarzman College of Computing, the MIT School of Architecture and Planning, Rice University Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies, Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications, Northwestern University McCormick School of Engineering, IE University Spain, National University Singapore and various faculties of the University of Cape Town.

As a Statistical Learning Designer, I collaborated with Faculty and subject matter experts to design the curriculum for online short courses with the world's leading universities. I also collaborated with internal design and development teams to develop all course material to ensure that it aligns with sound pedagogical design principles.
