Alongside MPs and Peers with an interest in the two countries, I initiated and managed an All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Zambia and Malawi. Neither country had been served by one previously despite deep historical links and significant interest in the challenges and opportunities facing both Zambia and Malawi.My work with the APPG facilitated opportunities for UK MPs and Lords to visit, learn about, and meet with senior political figures from both countries, up to and including Presidential level.
