Black Gold Museum [BGM] - KAPSARC•Client: Ministry of Culture [MOC] | Consultant: Omrania•Scope: Civil, MEP, Finishings, Audiovisual, Scenography and Landscape Works.Responsibilities:• Creating WBS, Activity Names and IDs structure.• Preparing High-Level Schedule.• Assisting in the preparation of the baseline schedule.• Cost allocation over the activities.

•Arrange realistic project schedule using Primavera P6.•Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed.•Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to guarantee good executionof the plan.•Calculate the optimal Material and resources for each stage of the project.•Create cash flow forecasts for the project.•Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project.•Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance) using Earned Value Method(EMV) at various stages of the project to analyse deviations.•Coordinate with the client and other engineers and keep effective communication to ensureefficient execution of the project.
